Our attorney is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar, the Hampden County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Attorney McKenna has successfully settled thousands of personal injury cases while employed as a claims representative with the Traveler’s Insurance Company. As counsel to Congressman Richard E. Neal, John McKenna worked exclusively on immigration-related concerns. He worked extensively with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State, and consulates throughout the world.
Attorney McKenna has taught hundreds of law enforcement officials search and seizure, criminal law, constitutional law and evidence. These officials are members of the U.S. Marshall’s Service, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Massachusetts State Police, Springfield Police Department, Holyoke Police Department, and numerous other agencies.
